Capture retries reuse the provider order and recorded fulfillment state. Delivery results remain visible so staff can investigate failures without creating another purchase.
After verified capture, Cartcord attempts the configured delivery and records the result. Buyers can recover eligible content through Your purchases; failed DMs, role permissions and manual work can need seller follow-up.
If Discord blocks the buyer's DM, no secret is exposed publicly. The order stays pending until DMs are enabled and the seller safely re-sends delivery.
