You can import up to 100 validated CSV products per batch as hidden drafts, or preview supported public Gumroad/Whop USD product listings. Private files, keys, customers, subscriptions and old purchase entitlements are not transferred. Configure each draft's delivery and pass the publish checks before selling.
Key delivery assigns inventory to a paid order. Optional signed license verification adds product/key/device/nonce checks, device limits, resets and revocation, but your software must implement the documented verification protocol. The key generator alone does not provide activation or DRM.
Authorized sellers can download an order-evidence PDF with payment states, provider events, delivery attempts and refund state. Private license values, file URLs, buyer email and credentials are excluded. A recorded delivery attempt does not prove that the buyer read or used the product, and the report does not guarantee a dispute outcome.
Cartcord is a premium monetization platform that turns your Discord server into a storefront. By connecting your PayPal account, you can list digital products, license keys, links, and Discord roles. Members buy products using slash commands directly inside Discord, and purchases are delivered automatically via bot DMs.
No. Cartcord takes 0% commission on your sales. Every customer payment goes directly from their account to your connected PayPal account. Cartcord charges the selected monthly or annual platform subscription. PayPal processing fees and any applicable tax or currency costs are separate.
Invite the bot, sign in with Discord, select your store, connect verified Live PayPal and configure a product. Setup time depends on permissions, payment-provider verification and delivery readiness. Review the checklist and test the permitted buyer flow before launch; a completed checklist alone does not prove a successful payment and delivery.
You can sell seller-hosted digital files and links, courses or premium portals, custom license keys distributed from a stock list, Discord roles, and seller-fulfilled manual orders. Basic+ also supports private managed file versions. Optional license verification and timed role passes require explicit setup. A delivery preset alone does not enable those features or recurring buyer billing.
After verified payment, Cartcord attempts the configured role grant and records permission or hierarchy failures. Payments are one-time. Optional timed passes require an available expiry service; new timed setup and checkout are blocked while it is unavailable. Verified full refunds queue eligible saved grants for removal. Pre-existing access and other valid grants are preserved; inspect the actual job result when removal needs follow-up.
Currently, Cartcord supports PayPal Checkout directly. This allows buyers to pay using their PayPal balance, bank transfers, or major credit cards. Payment methods, processing fees and fund availability depend on PayPal and the merchant account.
External URLs keep their host's access rules. Basic+ private uploads support 25 MiB/file and 250 MiB reserved storage/store. Default signed links last 60 seconds; optional vault mode uses 24-hour, single-use, network-bound links. Eligible buyers can request a fresh link. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled, and network changes can require a new vault link.
Product secrets are never posted in a public channel. If a delivery DM is blocked, inspect delivery status separately from payment. Buyers can recover eligible content at /purchases with their original Discord account; sellers can fix the cause and retry the existing order.
Buyer and seller sign-in uses Discord OAuth, so Cartcord does not receive your Discord password. Merchant credentials are encrypted at rest, and workspace authorization plus database policies restrict private store data. Public storefront fields remain public. Keep your own provider credentials and private delivery material out of product descriptions and support messages.
Yes. Your dashboard automatically detects all servers where you have ownership or administrator permissions. You can switch between servers from the dashboard header and manage separate catalogs and PayPal accounts for each.

Pro ($59.99/mo): 150 active products and 1,000 orders per month, plus coupons, growth analytics, custom branding/themes, store documentation, and Pro delivery workflows. Enterprise ($129.99/mo): unlimited active products and orders, plus signed order webhooks with retry history, Fraud Guard, operations analytics, and manual fulfillment presets. Basic includes protected file versions; Pro includes scoped merchant API access. Annual prices are $299/$599/$1,299, billed once yearly.
Yes. When you subscribe, PayPal sets up a recurring agreement and automatically charges you at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual). Cartcord extends your access on each successful charge — there is nothing to pay manually. Keep a valid funding source on PayPal so autopay never fails.
Cancelling stops future autopay at PayPal but you keep full premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that date your store automatically downgrades to the Free tier. We never delete your products, orders, or settings — paid features simply lock until you resubscribe.
Your store enters a 7-day grace period with full access so you can fix your PayPal funding source. If a payment succeeds during grace, you're restored to active automatically. If the grace period ends without a successful payment, the store downgrades to Free.
On the Free tier you're capped at 3 active products and 3 orders per month, and paid features are locked: expanded delivery workflows, product announcements, growth analytics, coupons, custom branding/themes, store documentation, signed webhooks, and Fraud Guard. Order checkout is blocked before payment when you're over the monthly limit, so customers are never charged when an order can't be fulfilled. Monthly order counts reset on the 1st of each month.
You can upgrade anytime from Dashboard → Billing & Plans; the new plan replaces the old one and your data is preserved. To downgrade, contact support so we can move you down cleanly. You can choose monthly or annual billing when subscribing.
Coupons are available on Pro and Enterprise. You can create percentage discounts with optional expiry and usage limits. A 100%-off coupon becomes a free claim without a PayPal step; delivery is attempted immediately and remains pending if Discord DMs are blocked.
