Troubleshooting
Choose the right setup or recovery guide
New sellers should start with the Quick Start Guide, then review PayPal setup and Adding Products. A saved configuration does not confirm a successful payment or delivery. Read the guide for your actual delivery method before publishing: a download, a license key, a private link and a Discord role have different requirements.
For an existing order, use the order-management, delivery and buyer-library guides. Keep the order reference and describe the missing result. A pending payment, a completed payment awaiting review and a failed Discord message need different recovery steps. Do not create another payment just to retry delivery, and never share a license key, private download URL or merchant secret in a public support message.
Feature guides explain plan requirements and availability checks. Timed role access depends on a ready expiry service; it is not recurring buyer billing. Catalog imports need validation and a preview before committing changes. The feature-availability page distinguishes released workflows from planned payment methods and game integrations. When a guide and a product's advertised promise differ, contact the seller before paying.
