Use your authorized export with name and price headers. Optional columns: description and delivery_type (file, link, key, role, manual). The preview never fetches a competitor URL or publishes a product.
Review a catalog before importing it
Start with a copy of your source catalog and retain the original export. Map the required columns, inspect prices and delivery types, and remove customer records or payment credentials. This browser preview helps identify proposed product rows; it does not move orders, subscriptions, customer accounts or payment-provider connections, and it does not publish products to a store.
Resolve validation errors before using the authenticated catalog importer. Confirm the destination store, product names, USD prices, stock and delivery instructions. A successful preview is not an import receipt. The dashboard commit step applies the reviewed rows, subject to permissions and plan limits. Read its result before retrying so you do not create accidental duplicate products or overwrite information you intended to preserve.
After importing, compare representative products with the original export and open their public pages on mobile. Verify file permissions, key inventory and role settings separately. Keep old purchase records available through the original service unless you have a verified migration path. Announce any changed product URLs or support instructions to customers accurately; copying a catalog does not transfer existing payment authorizations or recurring billing agreements.
