A role matters because of the channels and capabilities it unlocks. Ask which channels become visible, whether support is included and whether a server administrator can change the offering. A role name such as VIP is not a specification of the service.
Check whether the purchase is one-time, expires on a stated date or renews through a payment provider. The seller's Cartcord plan is separate from your purchase. Do not assume that the word membership means your payment will recur or that a one-time role comes with a scheduled removal.
Use the Discord identity that should receive the role and confirm you can access the server. The bot needs permission and a role above the role being granted. If delivery fails, retain the order ID and contact the seller through the listing's support route rather than paying again.
Read the seller's product description and refund terms before paying. Your payment goes to the seller's PayPal account. Delivery depends on the configured product: a download, a private link, a key, a Discord role or a manual service. Keep the order ID and use the Discord account used at checkout to recover eligible purchases. If the listing does not explain a material detail, resolve it with the seller before ordering.
