Should I paste the file in chat?
No. Use file or link delivery so only the buyer receives it.
Sell Notion templates, Lightroom presets, and editing packs with a file or private link after PayPal.
Sell a Notion template or preset as a clearly licensed digital resource, with a working duplication link or the exact files a buyer needs. Specify the target application, supported version, paid dependencies and reuse rights. Cartcord can deliver the configured file or private link after verified payment; it does not repair workspace permissions, transfer a Notion subscription or guarantee that every automation survives duplication.

Choose by the actual product, audience and services you need. Cartcord's plans are Free $0, Basic $29.99, Pro $59.99 and Enterprise $129.99 per month. Cartcord charges no sales commission; PayPal processing and other merchant costs remain separate. A marketplace may provide discovery, billing, hosting or tax services that a flat Discord-store plan does not.

Build the product in a clean workspace with sample information instead of personal projects or customer records. Open the duplication link in an account that does not own the source. Check database relations, formulas, buttons, views and embedded resources. A template that works only because the creator already has access to another private database is not ready to sell. Explain any feature that the buyer must reconnect after duplication.
For presets, identify the exact target application and version. A color preset, audio effect chain and video project may use very different import formats. Include a clean example, installation instructions and a way to restore the application's original settings. State which third-party fonts, effects, plugins or source media the buyer must obtain separately. Do not package paid dependencies unless your license permits redistribution.
Show a realistic task from beginning to end: adding a project, recording a transaction, planning a week or applying the preset to sample media. Explain the input and the result, including any manual steps. An attractive dashboard preview should not imply automatic data synchronization if the user still needs to import a CSV or maintain the information by hand. State what the product can do without an external integration.
Use concrete compatibility notes. Identify whether an Excel model requires macros, whether a Google Sheets copy uses Apps Script, or whether a Notion automation depends on a paid tier. Explain currency, date and measurement assumptions in a financial or planning template. A working spreadsheet is a calculation aid; it does not guarantee a business outcome. Give the buyer enough information to decide whether it fits the intended task.
A private-link workflow can deliver a duplication or resource URL. A file workflow can deliver an archive with preset files and instructions. If you use protected uploads, check the plan and storage limits and explain how an eligible buyer requests another download. A vault link protects a redemption step, not every downstream copy. A Notion link can still be shared according to the permissions of the original workspace.
Keep versions separate and record changes that affect formulas, database structure or application compatibility. Tell customers whether they receive fixes to the purchased version or access to future major releases. A duplicated workspace usually becomes the buyer's own copy; editing your original does not necessarily update it. Provide migration instructions when a change requires the buyer to copy information rather than promising automatic updates you cannot perform.
Clarify personal use, team use, client projects and resale. A buyer who uses a planning template for their own business is different from someone who republishes it as a competing product. Name the permitted uses without relying on a vague commercial-license label. Keep the listing and included license consistent so support does not have to interpret two conflicting promises after the sale.
Ask a customer for the order ID, target application version and a sanitized example when investigating a problem. Do not ask them to share a private workspace containing sensitive information merely to prove that a formula failed. Maintain a short troubleshooting guide for common permission and import issues. Improve the instructions when the same question appears repeatedly, and keep a copy of the original release so a customer can recover from an unsuccessful update.
Start from a hidden product and review it as a buyer: name, current price, included deliverables, dependencies, access duration, license and support contact. Connect the seller payment account for the intended store and verify that the selected product can be published. Use a genuine preview of your work. Remove test data, private credentials and unlicensed material before adding the delivery destination.
Run an authorized checkout test with an identity that represents a buyer, then inspect both the payment result and fulfillment result. A browser return page is not evidence of a captured payment by itself. Exercise purchase recovery and a delivery retry. Before announcing the product, keep a record of the terms, the version being sold and the recovery instructions your staff will give a customer.
Manual ticket selling can suit occasional custom work, but staff must reconcile each payment and fulfill each promise. A percentage marketplace may include discovery, billing, tax or hosting services you would otherwise operate. Cartcord's flat server plan and direct seller PayPal checkout serve a different workflow. Calculate the cost of the features you actually need instead of treating every percentage or subscription as interchangeable.
Include payment processing, currency conversion, hosting, refunds and support time in the comparison. Cartcord taking zero sales commission does not remove those costs or make Cartcord the merchant of record. Check the current plan's limits and provider eligibility for your particular product. Choose the route that meets the buyer's delivery and recovery needs at the volume you can realistically support.
| Responsibility | Manual ticket workflow | Cartcord released workflow |
|---|---|---|
| Payment confirmation | Staff reconcile the correct merchant transaction | Provider confirmation is checked before configured delivery |
| Fulfillment | Staff send the resource or complete the promised service | Configured file, link, key or role delivery is attempted; manual work still needs staff |
| Recovery | Staff locate the purchase and determine what was delivered | Original-account purchase recovery and recorded delivery results help investigate failures |
| Cost | Account for processor charges, tools and staff time | Account for the store plan, processor charges, hosting and support |
Enter your actual fees. These are editable USD scenarios, not provider quotes. Include processor charges in both scenarios. Compare equivalent services and permitted products; required platform checkout still applies.
Enter every fee, including zero where applicable. Use non-negative amounts, whole orders and percentages up to 100.
Taxes, refunds, disputes, conversion, payout and support costs need separate review. Cartcord sales commission is 0%; the store plan and processor costs remain.
