Your Purchases and Private Recovery
Buyers can recover eligible paid content with the same Discord account, even if a receipt DM was blocked.

Sign in as the buyer
Open /purchases and sign in with the Discord account that made the purchase. A different account cannot claim the order just by knowing its ID.
Reveal delivery intentionally
Use View delivery for the intended order. For a managed asset, request a new short-lived authorized download. Payment, delivery, review and refund states may differ.
Know when access is withheld
A fully refunded/revoked order cannot obtain new protected download access. Partial refunds retain eligible access. Contact the seller for manual services, held orders or external host problems.
Wait for the original payment result
If payment confirmation was interrupted, the scheduled recovery service checks the existing transaction and can resume confirmed paid-order processing. It never captures a new payment without the buyer's checkout action. Provider uncertainty and manual order reviews can delay resolution. Ask the seller to inspect Orders → Payment recovery rather than purchasing again.
