    Creator Referral Coupon Rewards

Configure an opt-in, store-scoped coupon program, share product referral links and understand payment, refund and reward limits.

    BeginnerSetup guide

Creator referrals reward qualifying paid purchases with a transferable, single-use store coupon. Sellers on Pro or higher opt in separately for each Discord server. This feature does not create cash balances, transfer affiliate money or promise creator income.

    Choose the program terms

Open the store workspace, then Coupons → Creator coupon rewards. Choose a 1–100% reward discount, 1–365 days of validity and a minimum qualifying paid amount in USD. Enable the program and save. A healthy reward processor and an active coupon-enabled plan are required. The default is disabled; no existing store is enrolled automatically.

    Share the private creator portal

Open the creator portal from the seller panel and share its URL with your Discord server members. A creator signs in with Discord and chooses Create my referral code. Cartcord verifies the Discord identity and current server membership, including membership screening, before registration. The /affiliate shortcut has a separate bot rollout; use the web portal if that command is unavailable.

    Create a product referral link

The portal shows up to 100 active paid products. Select one and copy its checkout link. It includes your store-specific referral code. Tell buyers that you may receive a store coupon. A buyer may also enter a code in the optional checkout field. The code survives Discord sign-in, changes no price and applies only to that checkout; there is no cross-store tracking cookie or last-click attribution window.

Wait for verified payment and delivery

A single-product PayPal order must be paid, delivered, non-refunded and above the saved minimum. Cartcord matches the provider capture, payment log, product, buyer and store before issuing a reward. Free claims, self-referrals, baskets and unpaid or failed deliveries do not qualify. The discount and validity are snapshotted at checkout creation; later program edits do not rewrite those terms. The processor checks every minute, and an unavailable service can delay issuance.

    Recover and redeem the reward

Return to the same store's creator portal and sign in with the same Discord account. It shows the 50 most recent reward coupons, expiry and availability. The coupon is transferable and has one total redemption in that store. It is not a cash commission or a promised fixed monetary value. Seller coupon changes, removal, expiry and current plan eligibility can affect redemption. Keep your code private until you intend to share it.

    Review cancellations and program changes

The seller panel shows registered creators, issued and voided rewards, and attributed checkouts awaiting qualification. Full refunds or canceled orders disable unused issued rewards on the next successful scheduled run. Already-redeemed discounts are recorded as voided-used; Cartcord does not recover cash or undo a completed discount. A plan lapse pauses new attribution and holds eligible issuance until recovery. Disabling the program stops new referrals while preserving existing checkout terms.
