Export Order Evidence for a Dispute

Download a readable PDF of an authorized order, payment events, delivery attempts and refund state without private delivery content.

    IntermediateSetup guide

Open the selected store and export evidence from its Orders view. The report records what Cartcord has stored; it is not an independent payment audit or proof that a buyer read a DM, installed software or used a download. The source fingerprint is a SHA-256 checksum, not a digital signature.

    Find the correct order

Match the order ID, amount, date, payment state and provider references. A pending order is not evidence of a captured payment. Check the relevant merchant-provider record before relying on the report.

    Download and review the report

Use Export evidence for the intended order. Review payment status, verified provider-event indicators, delivery attempts, refund scope and access revocation. Each timeline includes up to 1,000 records; a truncated report is labeled and may require additional records.

    Keep private delivery material out

The export excludes license values, private file URLs, buyer email, private message text and credentials. Product and buyer Discord identifiers are included for order matching. Review who will receive the report before sharing it.

    Submit only relevant, accurate evidence

Add the applicable product terms and support history where the payment provider requests them. Follow its deadlines and evidence rules. A successful send attempt does not prove receipt or use, and an evidence export does not guarantee that a dispute will be decided in the seller’s favor.
