Bot Commands and Rollout Status
Know which commands start purchases and which new recovery/staff commands still need the bot rollout.

Use the web console or Your purchases when a recovery/staff command is unavailable. A command in documentation is not proof that its latest registration is active in your server.

Use /store, /products or /buy for the selected server, then complete the web checkout with the intended Discord login. Coupon codes belong on checkout, not in a /coupon command.
Recover privately on the web
Open /purchases with the buyer's original login. New bot recovery and staff commands require deployment and registration; if missing, use Your purchases, Orders or the store Overview.
Keep staff actions authorized
A shared order ID does not grant another buyer access. Staff lookup/setup/manage links still check server permissions. Platform /adminrambo access is separate and is not a seller plan feature.
