Choose the correct tier and date range
Basic adds sales/order overview; Pro adds deeper product/customer insights; Enterprise adds operations and CSV views. Free shows core dashboard counters. Compare equivalent dates and inspect pending delivery separately from payment.
Reconcile amounts with PayPal
Use the order ID, captured amount, currency, date and provider reference. Gross sales are not net profit after fees, taxes or refunds. A subscription-receipts total is not monthly recurring revenue.
Export only the available view
Use the CSV controls offered by your plan's analytics view. A displayed analytics export does not guarantee a full unbounded order-history or accounting export. Use provider statements alongside your records.
