How Customers Buy and Recover Purchases
Buy through the public store or Discord, then use the same Discord account to recover completed purchases.

Start with one product
Open a product on the public storefront or use /store, /products or /buy. Sign in with the Discord account that should receive the purchase. The released checkout is single-product; basket checkout is not available yet.
Apply a supported coupon
On Pro/Enterprise stores, enter the coupon at checkout. A valid 100% discount uses the free-claim flow without PayPal and still consumes stock and an order allowance. Card/guest options depend on what PayPal offers that buyer.
Return after approval
Return to Cartcord while signed in so payment can be confirmed. Background recovery can resume a provider-confirmed payment if processing was interrupted; it does not initiate another charge. Unknown results keep their allocation for review. Check the existing order and PayPal transaction before trying a new purchase.
Open Your purchases
Visit /purchases with the same Discord login. Filter to the store/order and explicitly choose View delivery. Fully refunded or revoked orders cannot open new protected downloads; closed DMs do not require a second payment.
