Configure announcements (Basic+)
Select an announcement channel in store Settings and verify bot channel permissions. Product announcements depend on the bot worker being available. Queued/retried status is not proof of delivery; contact support if rollout or service availability delays it.
Customize branding (Pro+)
Open Theme on Pro or Enterprise. Browse 45 contained templates in 9 collections, each with 5 color palettes. Preview opens inline in the dashboard. Check Home, Products, Product, Docs, FAQ, Support, Checkout and Receipt, then use Viewport to inspect widths from 320px to 2560px. Apply changes saves the template, palette and font to this store. Custom domains and complete white-label hosting are not included.
Publish useful store docs (Pro+)
Open Docs, add pages and organize the hierarchy. Include compatibility, setup, support and license terms. Translate public documentation separately from the site's interface language.
Font family
Select Font family in the preview editor. Palette changes keep your font. Use Actual size to inspect details, then Apply changes to save the template, palette and font together.
