Troubleshooting Payments, Login and Delivery
Start with the correct account/store and existing order rather than creating duplicate payments or exposing secrets.

Recover your workspace
Confirm the Discord account, store picker selection and Manage Server/owner access. Use the profile/session retry offered by the dashboard. If a server is missing, verify bot installation and access before signing out.
Diagnose checkout
Check the store's plan quota, valid delivery configuration, stock and explicit Live PayPal attachment. Production does not have a Sandbox toggle. On an uncertain result, look up the original transaction before trying again.
Diagnose delivery
Inspect payment and delivery independently. Enable buyer DMs, confirm role hierarchy/membership or test the URL, then retry the existing order. Your purchases provides private recovery with the original Discord login.
Contact support with safe details
Send store ID, order ID, timestamp, visible error and expected delivery. Never send PayPal/Discord secrets, complete key inventory or another buyer's download link.
