Signed Webhooks and Fraud Guard (Enterprise)
Configure supported outbound events and paid-order review; these controls do not guarantee fraud prevention or reverse payments.
On this page
Open the Enterprise tab
Configure your HTTPS webhook endpoint, enabled events and signing secret. Use the test/pause controls and inspect delivery history. Verify signatures and handle retries idempotently in the receiving server.
Configure risk rules
Enable Fraud Guard and review available thresholds and held delivery types. A hold occurs after payment capture and delays delivery; it is not a payment authorization hold or a chargeback guarantee.
Review held orders
Open the review queue, inspect the signals and note the decision. Release to attempt delivery or withhold it while investigating. If a refund is warranted, issue it separately in PayPal.
Inspect failed webhooks
Retry a failed webhook only after fixing the endpoint. Webhook retries send an event; they do not recapture the payment or grant a second purchase. Supported event names in the panel define the contract.
