One-Time Discord Role Delivery
Sell one configured role per product. Optional timed passes require an available expiry service; recurring buyer billing is not released.

Prepare the role and buyer
Choose a normal server role below Cartcord's highest role and allow Manage Roles. Confirm a non-staff buyer belongs to the same server and the role grants only the intended channel access.
Create a one-time role product
In Products, choose Discord Role and enter the role ID. Describe untimed access or the configured timed pass and the support route. Timed setup requires a live expiry service; a one-time pass never creates automatic monthly billing.
Investigate a failed grant
Read the delivery result, membership and hierarchy, then retry the original order once the cause is fixed. A renamed role keeps its ID; a deleted role does not.
Handle refund cleanup responsibly
Verified full refunds queue eligible saved Cartcord grants for removal by the scheduled access service. Inspect the job result or contact support if removal is delayed. Do not remove a role that another valid purchase or manual entitlement still grants.
