Configure Bot Permissions
Check channel permissions, role hierarchy and buyer membership before attempting Discord delivery.

Review the installation request
Invite through Cartcord's Discord authorization link to the intended server. Review the permissions requested there. In selling channels, allow the bot to view the channel, send messages and embed links.
Prepare role grants
For a role product, enable Manage Roles and place the bot's highest role above the role being sold. Use a role you control rather than a managed integration role. The buyer must be in the server.
Check failed deliveries
Inspect the order's delivery result. Resolve membership, hierarchy or closed DMs before using Re-send delivery once. A missing receipt is not proof that payment failed or the role was never assigned.
