Keep your public storefront consistent with what the buyer will actually receive.

Edit the storefront details
Open Settings, then Storefront. Set an optional Store name of up to 80 characters for your public storefront. Leave it blank to use the Discord server name. Your Discord server name, logo and store URL stay the same. Save changes, then open the public store URL from the console header to inspect the result.
Add authentic buyer help
Publish FAQs with clear product and support details. Buyers can review their own verified live paid purchase from the receipt; sandbox, free claims and seller self-reviews do not qualify. One buyer contributes one review per product. Editing does not bypass moderation; a refund does not erase legitimate feedback. The recent purchase rail shows masked buyers and original order times from this store, excluding pending, free, sandbox and refunded orders.
Check languages and content
Interface language and merchant content are separate. Review each published product/doc translation; changed source text can make a translation stale. An untranslated seller description should not be presented as reviewed localized copy.
